Northwest Colorado Springs

Bucolic and picturesque community with family-friendly atmosphere at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Welcome to Northwest Colorado Springs

Bucolic and picturesque community with family-friendly atmosphere at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains

Inarguably one of the most stunning and scenic communities in Colorado Springs, the Northwest neighborhoods offer panoramic views, a relaxing atmosphere, and sprawling properties with a diverse selection of homes.

While the rest of Colorado Springs began seeing massive population growth during and after the Pikes Peak Gold Rush, the northwest communities remained relatively rural and bucolic, remaining principally residential with significantly less development. Today, these neighborhoods are known for their unbeatable views, sense of community, and outstanding recreational activities.

The slow growth of the area has also resulted in a diverse array of architectural styles. Everything from mid-century modern ranches to Spanish colonial homes and modern condominiums can be found throughout the neighborhoods, ensuring homeowners can find the perfect fit for their families.
